I am a licensed Colorado Real Estate Professional, which means I understand the transaction side of your business. But KEōTA focuses purely on visual positioning - I don't compete for listings or participate in transactions.

Once the vision is established, the client retains KEōTA for the Design and Stewardship phases. Retainers for each phase are invoiced at the start of work, and payment is due upon receipt.
