ASSESSMENT

The Assessment is where I get a deeper understanding of your specific property, and where we figure out when to stay within the lines and when to break free of them. I tour the space, learn your goals, budget, and unique circumstances, then provide immediate direction on what to do now — what to keep, what to shift, and where your investment works toward the most meaningful difference. You'll receive clear next steps within 48 hours.

This phase can work as a standalone consultation, but it's always the foundational entry point to aligning your property's visual identity with its highest potential.

- On-site collaborative walkthrough to learn your goals, timeline, budget and the property’s history

- Follow up notes within 48 hrs. including immediate action items, and an overview of recommended next steps

- Provide clarity on what is working, what to adjust and where to focus efforts for the highest impact

The design phase is where the concept becomes concrete. I direct and source creatively — no copy-paste solutions, no template aesthetics. Every project is treated as a unique composition, considering not just individual elements, but also their relationship to the architecture, spatial flow, and how people will actually experience the space. The result is a cohesive selection plan where lighting, materials, finishes, and furnishings work together intentionally, within budget and inviting connection, whether buying, booking, or coming home.

DELIVERABLES

The vision only works if it’s executed correctly. This phase is about stewardship - making sure the design stays on track from purchasing to final styling. I manage the procurement process, coordinate with contractors, and handle the details so you don’t have to. Whether the project ends with a photo shoot, a guest check-in, or walking into a home that finally feels right, the role of Creative Director is to protect the integrity of the vision until it’s complete.

HOURS, ESTIMATES and REPORTING

Our partnership is built on professional trust and the shared goal of an exceptional result. To keep your investment focused on creative output rather than administrative overhead, you'll receive a concise weekly summary of tasks completed and hours utilized. I prioritize "Doing the Work" over "Documenting the Work" — every billed hour adds tangible value to your property.

A detailed estimate of hours for your project scope will be provided and approved before work begins for each phase. While I strive for precision in hourly estimates for each phase, design is a dynamic process. If the project requires a 10% or greater adjustment to the initial estimate, you’ll be notified for approval before any additional hours begin. No surprises.
