The assessment provides immediate clarity on design strategy, highest-impact priorities, and a roadmap for execution. Once the vision is established, you can retain KEōTA for the Design and Stewardship phases to bring the property to its highest performance potential.
Retainers for each phase are invoiced at the start of work, and payment is due upon receipt.
