PHASE 02. & 03. DESIGN AND STEWARDSHIP
Following the assessment, I move into active Creative Direction. These phases are billed at an hourly rate of $125. A detailed estimate of hours for your specific project scope will be provided and approved before work begins.
Design is a dynamic process, and while I strive for precision in estimates, the scope can evolve. If the project requires a 10% or greater adjustment to the initial estimate, you'll be notified for approval before any additional hours begin. No surprises.
STEWARDSHIP AND REPORTING
The partnership is built on professional trust and the shared goal of an exceptional result. To keep your investment focused on creative output rather than administrative overhead, you'll receive a concise weekly summary of tasks completed and hours utilized. I prioritize "Doing the Work" over "Documenting the Work" — every billed hour adds tangible value to your property.
RETAINERS
An invoice for your project phase will be sent prior to the start of work. Payment will be due upon receipt.
