The assessment provides immediate clarity on your space's potential, prioritized recommendations, and a roadmap for moving forward — whether you execute on your own or retain KEōTA for the Design and Stewardship phases.

Retainers for each phase are invoiced at the start of work, and payment is due upon receipt.
